Things I Like…includes a wide range of beer styles – from well-crafted clean traditional styles to new variations that experiment with flavor profiles and ingredients. That type of style range is what Joey and Jeffrey of TIL Brewing will be working on in Lancaster, NY. Head Brewer and Co-Owner Joe says TIL Brewing stands for “Things I Like Brewing…so we won’t brew it unless I like it and think others will too.” Fortunately, Joe (and Jeffrey) like a lot of different beer styles…clean, crisp lagers…hopped up ipa’s…big stouts and a lot in between. All will be brewed at some point with thoughtfully created recipes that offer rich and complex flavor profiles.
Like most brewers, Joe and Jeff started brewing at home a long time ago. Joe went on to start up Lilly Belle Meads with his wife, Tricia, and is the lead mead-maker at LBM. Now, with TIL Brewing, Joe is getting back to his roots and brewing things he likes (although, he really likes mead too).
As we start up, TIL Brewing will be on a few Western New York beer taps and will be pouring at regional events with bottle/can releases from the brewery along the way. Check out the "TIL Beers" page to see what is available right now and follow us on any social channel (@tilbrewing on all of them) to learn about new beers and releases.
